Quality, Environmental, Safety, Health & Compliance Manager:
Aidan joined C3IA in April 2023, bringing with him extensive experience from the nuclear and automotive industries. In his role, he has significantly enhanced our workplace environment by implementing an e-LMS (E-Learning Management System), currently working the business towards achieving and maintaining ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) certifications, trained teams of Mental Health First Aiders, Fire Wardens and First Aiders as well as delivering mental health training to all managers and directors.
Aidan has also introduced a comprehensive new starter induction programme which he delivers, alongside a visitor and contractor health, safety and environmental induction ensuring high standards at all times. His passion for making a tangible difference is evident in his efforts to develop a safe and inclusive workplace, coordinating volunteering days, and maintaining employee training records. Aidan’s commitment to quality is further demonstrated through internal audits and maintaining our ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending time with his Cavapoo, Willow and cherishes sunny days driving his Marlin Roadster with the roof down. A true car enthusiast, he also loves spending time with friends and family. Through his dedication and expertise, Aidan continues to create a positive impact on both individuals and our business.
