Andy leads the business strategy at C3IA, where his day-to-day involves a blend of researching contracts, attending industry events, planning campaigns, and managing the company’s business pipeline. With client and industry engagement at the core of his role, Andy plays a crucial part in driving C3IA’s growth and success.
Before joining C3IA 18 months ago, Andy had a 20-year career in the defence industry, holding senior roles at General Dynamics UK and Babcock Mission Systems. A qualified Chartered Project Professional with a background in Electronic Systems Engineering, he began his career in the UK Armed Forces. His move to C3IA offered him the chance to work more closely with clients while also stepping deeper into the cyber world.
One of his proudest achievements at C3IA has been his work with the MoD’s Defence Digital Fixed Networks team, where he helped secure approval for a major business case ahead of schedule. Outside of work, Andy enjoys home renovation, car restoration, and once had a barn he renovated featured on the BBC’s Escape to the Country!
