Barry is a Principal Consultant at C3IA, where he leads Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management (P3M) within the company’s Community of Professional Interest (COPI). Currently embedded with the British Army Headquarters, Barry supports the Director of Programmes, delivering engineering and systems solutions for the SoldierWorks team. His role is dynamic, involving everything from observing trials on cutting-edge soldier systems to engaging with industry and advising on project delivery strategies.
With over 20 years of experience in the defence sector, Barry is a highly regarded leader in complex engineering projects. He appreciates C3IA’s strong values and the company’s commitment to empowering employees to make a tangible difference, especially for those serving in the Armed Forces. Barry is an active member of the Association of Project Management and spearheads internal initiatives at C3IA. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the countryside with his family, competing in triathlons, and is a published poet and spoken word performer currently working on his second collection.
