Dale is a Principal Consultant Solution Resourcer at C3IA, playing a crucial role in the company’s resourcing team. Working alongside Mark Tivey, who focuses on securing resources for the future needs of C3IA’s dynamic business, Dale is responsible for matching resources to meet current demand across both ongoing contracts and those the company is targeting. Together, Dale and Mark form a complete resourcing solution for the organisation.
Over the past six months, Dale has enjoyed being part of the Business Growth Team (BGT). A typical day includes engaging with prospective candidates to meet current resource requirements, conducting competitor research, resource planning, and managing Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs)—which can sometimes feel like the “wild west,” but the fast pace of the work is something Dale thrives on.
Dale is passionate about the challenge of assembling proposals and subsequent delivery teams, with a strong drive to win. At C3IA,Dale appreciates the variety of challenges faced by the BGT and particularly enjoys collaborating with a highly skilled and professional group of colleagues, from whom there is always something new to learn.
A key accomplishment has been Dale’s dedication to the development of HubDrive, a CRM solution that, once fully realised, has the potential to streamline operations and bring different areas of the business closer together.
With a 25-year background in HR and recruitment, Dale has worked across both specialist and large-scale projects, with a particular focus on the defence sector over the past six years.
Outside of work, Dale enjoys downhill mountain biking, building dirt jumps and trails, and supporting his 16-year-old son’s motocross career. A fun fact: Dale prides himself on being a “ninja packer”—able to pack as quickly as an Aldi cashier scans items!
