Steve was appointed Managing Director in September 2025 and leads the C3IA group of businesses. Prior to this he was the Operations Director from April 2021 to August 2025 where he was accountable for leading the company’s key Defence accounts and the Technologies (Products) business.
Steve is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Manager having joined C3IA as a Principal Consultant in 2014, initially working in a delivery role and latterly as a delivery lead within a large consortium team delivering solutions and services for an MOD customer. In 2018 Steve joined C3IA’s management team, where he was responsible for the delivery management of our teams and also managing the company’s Products portfolio.
As a veteran, Steve is proud of his former military service, he considers himself exceptionally fortunate to work for a company that has a strong ethos and values which is focused on the team and our clients. In his leisure time Steve enjoys dog walking in the countryside with his wife and family as well as skiing and mountaineering.
