“Upon leaving the Armed Forces I have started my new career as a Consultant, specialising within Defence as a Project, Programme & Portfolio Management (P3M) with a technical background gained through my military service. I had worked as an employee with several companies before joining C3IA Solutions Ltd in January 2022 as a Principal Consultant. One of the main reasons for me joining the company was due to the positive feedback from clients, associates and employees when the companies name was raised.
My choice in joining the company has been vindicated, the ethos, values and work ethic has made my transition into role as comfortable as it could be – being part of the company is like putting on your smoking jacket and slippers, a very comfortable and welcoming experience.
I have successfully and happily completed several contracts with a range of clients in Defence Digital and Army Headquarters which have all been interesting and varied, and throughout each contract I have felt supported by the company even whilst in individual roles. The company has additionally supported me in my own personal growth and development which cumulated in me being the first within the company and one of the first thousand people in the UK in gaining the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) certification.”
