On joining, C3IA Solutions offered me a 3 day working week which aligns with my Reservist work at Northwood, where I commit up to 120 days a year supporting the Integrated Warfare Centre (IWC).
This also includes overseas work where, as a Gold Defence Employment Recognition Scheme (ERS) Member, C3IA Solutions offer me a further 2 weeks paid leave to perform Reservist activities.”
