Upcoming Changes at C3IA

In the coming months there are a few changes coming at C3IA as we continue to mature our leadership and governance as a medium-sized business in its 20th year and with more exciting times ahead.

During August and September 2025, Jim Hawkins will be taking over as the company’s Operations Director, Steve Brown will be taking over leadership of C3IA’s group of businesses as Managing Director, and John Botterill will be retaining the role of Board Chair in a new role as Non-Executive Director.

Perhaps most significant to those who have known C3IA from its early days in  2006, one of our Co-Founders Matthew (Bod) Horan will be stepping down from his most recent role as a Non-Executive Advisor to the Board.
